Terms and Conditions:-

  1. It is solely rider’s responsibility to keep track of time of hiring.
  2. Extra duration after completion of hire period will be charged accordingly.
  3. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Cycle hire is subject to availability. Pink Pedals reserve the right to refuse hire at any time.
  5. Self-pickup or self-deposit of bicycles can be done at Pink Pedals, Gate no.-2, Jawahar Circle, Jaipur (https://g.page/pinkpedals ).
  6. In case of Self Pickup or drop, kindly book a slot in prior to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
  7. Rental will start from the day of delivery.
  8. Pickup of Cycle after completion of hire period will be charged
  9. Security amount is completely refundable provided that cycles are returned safely and undamaged.
  10. Valid original ID proof needs to be produce to hire a bicycle.
  11. While taking delivery, you need to produce the same ID proof uploaded while making the booking online.
  12. Cycles will be delivered in best maintained condition, we urge you to please check complete bicycle before taking delivery.
  13. Any damage caused due to crash or neglect, loss or theft of cycle or its accessories is rider’s responsibility and will be charged for in full amount.
  14. Hiring a bicycle from Pink Pedals means you agree to abide with all terms and conditions.
  15. It is the rider’s responsibility for their own safety; Cycling involves personal risk and rider responsibility.
  16. First time or novice cyclist should cycle under the supervision of our trained staff or an experienced rider. It is advisable not to cycle alone or under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs.
  17. Hirer should cycle only if his/her health permits, any loss, death or mishappening will be a sole responsibility of the rider. Pink Pedals will not be responsible for any type of harm caused to rider while riding.
  18. Pink pedals holds right to use the personal data provided by customer for execution of services and same can be share with any third party if involved in the service area. Pink Pedals will implement and maintain reasonable procedures for protecting sensitive personal information in compliance with applicable law.
  19. Pink Pedals reserves all rights to amend the policies anytime and will make the final decision on all cancellations and refund cases.
  20. Pink Pedals reserves rights to change, delete, modify or cancel the services at any point of time.

SAFETY TIPS

DO’S

  • Ride on:- As a rule, it is best to ride in the direction of traffic, staying as far to the left as is practical. However, always make sure there is room to handle emergencies and that you do not ride so close to the left that you run the risk of hitting the road sides.
  • Safety Gears:- Regardless of the type of cycling you are doing, always wear a helmet and other safety gears. Make sure your Helmet is properly fastened and fitted and not move when you shake your head.
  • Brakes:- Make sure your brakes are always in top-notch condition. Be aware of how weather and road conditions can affect your ability to brake. Under normal circumstance, apply the rear brake before the front brake. Use the rear brake for smooth gradual slowing down. Use the front brake for more abrupt and efficient braking. Only brake when the front wheel is straight.
  • Clothings:- Wear bright or light-coloured clothing during the day and reflective or fluorescent clothing at night or in poor visibility conditions.
  • Locking:- Always lock your cycle to prevent it from being taken away.
  • Remember 1 Seat = Only 1 rider.
  • Always use hand signals when stopping or turning
  • When you are part of a cycling group, ride single-file, not side-by-side.

DON’T

  • Do not ride on the road towards oncoming traffic.
  • Do not ride on "Expressway" or within "Tunnel Area”.
  • Do not hold onto other vehicles while pedalling.
  • Do not use mobile phone and earphone for music listening.
