Refund and Cancellation Policy :-

  1. In case of cancellation, following rules are applicable:
    • Cancellation before 72 hours of event – 100% Refund
    • Cancellation before 48 hours of event– 50% Refund
    • Cancellation within 48 hours of event– No Refund
  2. Cancellation of booking can be accepted only before 48 hours from the actual use of services. Afterwards no booking shall be cancelled in any condition nor is the amount refundable.
  3. To request cancellation, send an email at connect@thepinkpedals.com stating booking details, reason to cancel and refund account details with subject “Cancellation – Booking ID”. Sending an email do not ensures cancellation or refund of booking.
  4. Booking once made cannot be altered or adjusted in any condition.
  5. Refund will processed within 2 working days in case of cancellation of booking by Pink Pedals though delay can be there depending on your bank policies.
  6. Refund of amount in case of complaint related to service or quality of bicycles will be only made after final decision of management over the case.
  7. Refund amount cannot be more than the actual amount paid by customer in any situation.
  8. Discounted amount cannot be claimed for refund in any condition.
  9. Refund of Security amount will be processed within 2 working days after we received the bicycle in same condition as deliver to the party though delay can be there depending on your bank policies.
  10. All types of refund will be done per your original method of payment.
  11. Any change in location of delivery after the booking is made will be changeable per company policy.
  12. Non availability of customer will be treated as “No Show” and no amount will be refunded.
  13. Any extra time or duration of rental will be charged per company regular rates.
  14. Any wear and tear, damage or theft of bicycle will be charged to the party in full amount per company policy.
  15. Please check the bicycle thoroughly before taking the delivery, Exchange of the bicycle in not permitted in any situation until unless there is some major issue found within 30 mins of delivery. After 30 mins no exchange will be done.
  16. After successful delivery of fully checked and tested bicycle, Pink Pedals holds no responsibility for the functioning of bicycle.
  17. Pink Pedals reserves all rights to amend the policies anytime and will make the final decision on all cancellations and refund cases.
  18. Pink Pedals reserves rights to change, delete, modify or cancel the services at any point of time.
  19. All the legal matters will be held within the local jurisdiction of the Jaipur city.

DO’S

  • Ride on:- As a rule, it is best to ride in the direction of traffic, staying as far to the left as is practical. However, always make sure there is room to handle emergencies and that you do not ride so close to the left that you run the risk of hitting the road sides.
  • Safety Gears:- Regardless of the type of cycling you are doing, always wear a helmet and other safety gears. Make sure your Helmet is properly fastened and fitted and not move when you shake your head.
  • Brakes:- Make sure your brakes are always in top-notch condition. Be aware of how weather and road conditions can affect your ability to brake. Under normal circumstance, apply the rear brake before the front brake. Use the rear brake for smooth gradual slowing down. Use the front brake for more abrupt and efficient braking. Only brake when the front wheel is straight.
  • Clothings:- Wear bright or light-coloured clothing during the day and reflective or fluorescent clothing at night or in poor visibility conditions.
  • Locking:- Always lock your cycle to prevent it from being taken away.
  • Remember 1 Seat = Only 1 rider.
  • Always use hand signals when stopping or turning
  • When you are part of a cycling group, ride single-file, not side-by-side.

DON’T

  • Do not ride on the road towards oncoming traffic.
  • Do not ride on "Expressway" or within "Tunnel Area”.
  • Do not hold onto other vehicles while pedalling.
  • Do not use mobile phone and earphone for music listening.
